Log into your Equip account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the food items are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely placed in a shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked.
Ship to Our Facility
Use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
